Protective Hirstyles

Protective Hairstyles

Wearing protective hairstyles can help you grow your 4c/natural hair. It helps you from putting your hands in your hair all the time. Also choose styles that do not require much combing or brushing to maintain and hairstyles that is too tight.

How To Stretch 4c/ Natural Hair?

HOW TO STRETCH 4C/ NATURAL HAIR?

Natural hair tends to shrink when your hair is wet. That's why we stretch our hair to show off our hair length and to avoid heat. You can also stretch your hair when it's dry. Stretching your hair is better than blow drying your hair because you can get heat damage. Also when you are stretching your hair add a creamy based products or any oil of your choice in your hair to get more stretch.

HERE ARE 2 WAYS TO STRETCH YOUR HAIR

1.African Threading Method
When you wrap your hair in crochet thread or sewing thread.

Washing 4c/Natural Hair

Washing 4C/Natural Hair

Washing 4c/natural hair is really easy. All you need is shampoo, conditioner, 4 scrunchies and a wide tooth comb. I prefer to just use conditioner when washing my hair because shampoo stripes the natural oils from your hair. So you can shampoo your hair at least once a month.
